Is registering with BenHub free?
Completely free. BenHub charges no registration fee. Just fill in the form and wait for the operations team to contact you.
What type of driving license do I need?
BenHub accepts drivers with a B2 license and above. C, D, F preferred for heavy trucks and dump trucks.
How and when does BenHub pay?
Each completed trip is auto-reconciled. BenHub Finance supports early advance or periodic payment as agreed.

What does my business need to prepare to partner with BenHub?
Just basic information about your fleet size or project. Our operations team will advise on the right solution once we receive your request.
Does BenHub support small-scale projects?
Yes. BenHub scales flexibly from small fleets to large infrastructure projects, based on actual operational needs.
How long does it take to get a response after submitting a partnership request?
BenHub's operations team responds within 1–2 business days of receiving your registration.
Quarry businesses (BenHub Mine)
What is BenHub Mine?
BenHub Mine is quarry management software: licenses, extraction planning and output, digital weighbridge tickets, contracts, receivables, staff, attendance and payroll on one web and mobile platform.
How do I try BenHub Mine?
Fill in the trial form on the BenHub Mine page. Your password is emailed to you so you can sign in to the admin portal, and the BenHub team will reach out to advise and demo on your quarry's workflows.
Do quarry drivers and workers need to install an app?
Yes. Drivers use the app to accept trips, check in/out at the quarry and view tickets; workers use it to clock in and request leave. The office uses the web version. App install links are sent when your company registers for a trial.
